Jay Nash at Hotel Cafe - May 1 2009

JAY NASH rocks the house at the HOTEL CAFE.  Jay rocks in a very soulful way and every time I’ve seen him has been an awesome show.  He has been described as a mix of John Mayer, Hack Williams, Johnny Cash, Dave Matthews and Jack Johnson combined to create an amazing powerful but down to earth bluesy, folk and indie rock sound.  You can get more info and music downloads at www.jaynash.com and www.myspace.com/jaynash.  Jay will be joined onstage with Pete and J (www.myspace.com/peteandj) with additional music sets by Donovan Lyman (www.myspace.com/donovanlyman), The Dirty Diamond (www.myspace.com/thedirtydiamond) and One EskimO (www.myspace.com/oneeskimo).  Doors open at 7pm with a $10 cover.  The Hotel Café is one of my favorite LA venues and a great place to listen to music and enjoy food and drinks from their café style menu in a cool low key vibe setting.  You can check out the Hotel Café online at www.hotelcafe.com.  The Hotel café is located at 1623 ½ N.
