Jesca Hoop at The Hotel Cafe - April 1 2009

JESCA HOOP lights up the stage at THE HOTEL CAFE in Hollywood.  Jesca Hoop is a stand out singer/songwriter with a very cool and unique Indie rock sound all her own created by her sultry, smooth, heavenly vocals and equally melodic skills on the guitar.  She is truly a delight to see.  You can get info and also hear some of her songs at www.jescahoop.com and www.myspace.com/jescahoop.  Jesca will be playing several nights at the Hotel Cafe in April as part of her Farewell Hoop Shows as she will be moving across the pond to Manchester in May.  There will also be musical sets by Tristan Prettyman (www.myspace.com/tristanprettyman), Annie Bethancourt (www.myspace.com/anniebethancourt), Lucy Schwartz (www.myspace.com/lucysong) and Mini Mansions (www.myspace.com/minimansionsmusic).  Doors open at 7pm with a $10 cover.  The Hotel Café is one of my favorite LA venues and a great place to listen to music and enjoy food and drinks from their café style menu in a cool low key vibe setting.  You can check out the Hotel Café online at www.hotelcafe.com.  The Hotel café is located at 1623 ½ N.
